This course is facilitated by Laura Sanders, who is an accredited teacher through the Mindfulness Association. The course will include a combination of theory and experiential practice and will be running either as in person classes or via Zoom on-line.
The course includes: 8 weekly sessions (2 hours per session) on a Wednesday with an introduction and follow up. Course manual and audio downloads for home practice following the course. Weekly tutor support. If you can’t make one week, we will, ensure you have access to an audio recording.

Individual mindfulness sessions, through a series of 6 weekly sessions over Zoom. Teachings will be based on the principles of the MBLC, and an essential element of this approach is the focus of self-enquiry that is tailored to you and what you bring to your practice.
How does it work? At an initial conversation we will explore your specific needs together. We will then work together for a 6-week period, sessions will be 50 minutes each where you will learn the key skills of mindfulness practice designed towards your unique level of experience.
You will have daily home practice to undertake between sessions to further deepen and develop your mindfulness skills.
