My name is Laura Sanders founder and practitioner. I firstly obtained my BSc degree in Psychology and Sport, focusing on both the physical and mental wellbeing of individuals. I later graduated from my MSc degree in Human Resource Management, with a focus on organisational behaviour. I later qualified as an Integrative Counsellor, working with the Charity Mind to provide mental health counselling services to the local community. Moreover, after 25 years of personal practice and development, I trained with the Mindfulness Association, a BAMBA accredited organisation, and qualified as a Mindfulness teacher. I have also trained as a coach, supporting individuals at all levels of experiences, from junior grades to senior executives.
My mission is to provide wellbeing and personal development services to help individuals to live fully and with purpose. I am dedicated to serving the community, customers, and partners with integrity, commitment, and with gratitude. My vision is to stand as the foremost provider of wellbeing services, consistently delivering exceptional and personalized services.
